Development review follows the Development Review Schedule. Applications must comply with the Requirements for Technical Review Applications. See below for current schedules and documents.

The review process is now a shortened 6-week process that ends with a staff/applicant meeting. The deadline for new application submittals is the fourth Thursday of each month.

This schedule pertains to the initial staff review of those development applications that are to be reviewed and approved by Advisory Boards and Commissions or the Chapel Hill Town Council.
