The Town has received a Special Use Permit Application from OTO Development, LLC to construct a 4-story hotel with 123 guest rooms and 2 levels of below grade parking (112 spaces). The development will comply with the Northside Neighborhood Conservation District regulations, including reduced heights and increased setbacks adjacent to residential properties. The 0.75-acre site is an assemblage of three parcels and located on the north side of W. Rosemary Street between Church Street and Pritchard Avenue, adjacent to La Residence restaurant.
