pm at Town Hall, Council ChamberThe Town has received a Special Use Permit Application and Zoning Atlas Amendment Application from Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools for redevelopment of the Lincoln Center site at 750 S. Merritt Mill Rd. The proposed redevelopment will include a new administration campus, pre-K building, expansion of Phoenix Academy, playgrounds, play fields.  The 12.64-acre site will contain a total of 132,317 sq. ft. of floor area.
