Town Council Subcommittee meeting materials: West Rosemary Street Market Study

Concept Plan 2017
The Town has received a Concept Plan Application from Phil Post and Associates, Inc. to construct 243,693 sq. ft., 6-7 and 2 story buildings, mixed-use development with 5,800 s.f. of ground floor retail and office space and a minimum of 8,800 s.f. for 2nd floor flex space with 204 residential apartments, 35 units proposed for affordable housing. Parking for 300 vehicles is proposed in a 2-level subsurface parking area on a 2.2 acre site.
