2018 Annual Report submitted to Council in October 2018. 

On February 8, 2016, the Town Council agreed to prepare a process and costs for a Development Agreement for redevelopment of the Hamilton Road Fire Station #2.

On March 7, 2016, the Town council directed the Town Manager and Town Attorney to negotiate a development agreement for the redevelopment of the Hamilton Road Fire Station site.

On June 13, 2016, the Town council enacted an ordinance to approve a development agreement for the Station at East 54.
