Update 8/28/2019: A Zoning Compliance Permit for demolition of the existing buildings has been approved. The application for construction of new buildings is still under review.
Update 5/9/2019: The CDC approved a Certificate of Appropriateness for the project at their meeting on April 23. Staff is currently reviewing the Form District Permit application for completeness.
