Fire tragedies have touched the lives of people everywhere in all age groups and all walks of life. Statistics show that the fight against fire is a fight we are all in together. The Chapel Hill Fire Department thanks you in advance for your comprehensive efforts in designing, installing, inspecting and maintaining compliant fire protection systems so that all can enjoy the town safe and free from the dangers of fire.
This letter serves as notification of changes to the Chapel Hill Fire Department Fee Schedule.
Effective July 1st, 2015, plan review, inspection and permitting service costs have increased. All fire department fees are contained within the fee schedule located on the Town’s website www.townofchapelhill.org within the ‘Fire Department’ page under the ‘Fee Schedule’ link.
The process and submittal requirements associated with fire permit application and document submittal have not changed. The permit application and submittal requirements information can be located on the Town’s website www.townofchapelhill.org within the ‘Fire Department’ page under the ‘Permit Application’ link.
