    Labor Day Holiday

    Most municipal offices will be closed Monday, Sept. 3, in observance of Labor Day. Monday residential trash routes will be collected Wednesday, Sept. 5. Chapel Hill Public Library will be open 1-5 p.m. Chapel Hill Transit will not operate.
