Construction at the Bolin Creek Trail is progressing to complete a trail link underneath Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. With good weather, the contractor is estimating completion in three to four months.
Chapel Hill’s final collection of loose leaves for this season will begin on Monday, Feb. 17. Have loose leaves ready for collection by 6 a.m. on Feb. 17. After leaf collection ends, place leaves in yard waste cart or brown paper yard waste bags for collection with yard waste (no plastic bags).

The Town of Chapel Hill is proposing a new bridge that would likely be designed for pedestrians on the Morgan Creek Trail. A public meeting on the project will be held at 9 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14, at NC Botanical Garden.
