Chapel Hill 2020 defines the long range vision for the town. It is the overarching vision for the future of Chapel Hill that reflects the community's values, aspirations, and ideas.
Land Use Management Ordinance
The LUMO is the land development ordinance that sets the rules and uses for the built environment: buildings, streets, lighting, parking lots, among others.
Overlay Districts
Development within an Overlay District is subject to regulations in addition to those associated with the zoning district for the property.
Transportation Plans
The Town's Transportation Plans are housed within the Transportation Department.
