Description: The application is part of a larger redevelopment proposal for E Rosemary Street to create new office, wet-lab, and innovation space downtown. This portion of the project proposes to renovate existing commercial office buildings at 137 E Franklin Street and 136 E Rosemary Street. The renovation will modernize the space, and will include an atrium, recladding the exterior, widened sidewalks, and new roofing. The square footage will increase from 125,600 square feet to 126,600 square feet.
