Project Address: 860 Weaver Dairy Road 

Project Description: A mixed use community with 500-650 apartments and 250-300 for-sale housing units in multiple forms. Additional buildings as flex space for commercial/retail/ hotel use. Onsite parking, recreation amenities, greenway trail extension, stormwater management. Applicant will work with Planning during the CZ process to determine the appropriate proposed zoning district.
