To join the swim team you must have passed Level 4 swim skills. No previous swim team experience is required to join our team as we will work with students on learning lane etiquette, using a pace clock, and all the other skills that come along with being on a swim team. The team is a great way to meet other youth in the area while exercising. Focus is placed on improving technique, endurance and speed. Prior to the team starting you will receive an e-mail with which practice you are to attend: 6:30-7:30 or 7:30 to 8:30.
