Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals for the N. Graham and N. Roberson Streetscape Improvements (the “Project) to be furnished to the Town of Chapel Hill, N.C. will be received by Zakia Alam, Purchasing and Contracts Manager, Town Hall, 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Chapel Hill, N.C., until May 1, 2020 at 10:00 am, at which time they will be opened and publicly read.
Prospective bidders may view the plans and specifications for the proposed project on the Town of Chapel Hill website (www.townofchapelhill.org. Click on “Businesses” menu, then “Bid Notices” option, then the name of this project).
An optional pre-bid conference will be held on April 9, 2020 at 10:00 A.M., via phone conference - call in number 919-969-4881. All potential bidders are hereby notified that attendance at the optional pre-bid conference is not required for bid submittal.
The Project Manager for this project is Sarah Poulton, Town Managers Office, Town of Chapel Hill. All requests for interpretations related to this RFB must be submitted in writing to the Project Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org by 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 15, 2020. All responses to timely submitted requests for interpretations will be published in the form of an addendum on the Town’s website on April 22, 2020.
