The Town of Chapel Hill is seeking proposals from qualified firms to create a Chapel Hill Public Library Wayfinding and Signage Master Plan.
Proposals are due by 3:00 P.M. on September 9, 2025. Please email proposals to Zakia Alam, Purchasing and Contracts Manager at zalam@townofchapelhill.org.

Questions concerning this Request for Proposals must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 P.M. on August 25, 2025, to Laura Brown via e-mail at lbrown@townofchapelhill.org. All responses to submitted questions will be published in the form of an addendum on the Town’s website at www.townofchapelhill.org by August 29, 2025.
An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on August 19, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. in Meeting Room A, 100 Library Dr, Chapel Hill, NC 27514, to review the project scope and answer questions. The meeting will be followed by a tour of the site. Attendance is optional.
