The Town of Chapel Hill is soliciting bids for Janitorial Services at a Town of Chapel Hill building housing the Chapel Hill Police Department, Technology Solutions offices, and Emergency Management offices. Each space should be itemized separately to indicate the cost for each department’s space in the building.
If you are interested in bidding on this project, you must attend the Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting held on August 04, 2025, at 10:30 A.M. in the Training Room at the current Chapel Hill Police Department, 828 Martin Luther King Junior Blvd., Chapel Hill, NC 27514, to review the bid package and specifications. Attendance at this meeting is MANDATORY if you wish to submit a bid. This is not the building that will be cleaned. A floor plan of the new building with general labels will be provided at the end of the meeting. All potential bidders are hereby notified that attendance at the mandatory pre-bid conference is required for bids to be considered by the Town of Chapel Hill; failure to attend will disqualify the bid.
