Traffic alert for Wednesday, Nov. 12: Raleigh St. will be closed 12 - 4 p.m. between Franklin St., Country Club Rd., and Cameron Ave. so a contractor can install pavement markings on Raleigh St, weather permitting.

The Town of Chapel Hill seeks a Service Provider to manage, plan, promote, and execute programming in a new Downtown space, Parking Lot 2. Section 2 includes more information on the Service Provider’s responsibilities.
All Proposals must be emailed to Zakia Alam at zalam@townofchapelhill.org by 12:00 p.m. on May 30, 2025.
Service Providers are invited to an optional Pre-Proposal Conference to learn more about the Services on May 20 at 2:00 pm via Zoom (link). Town staff will describe the Services and elaborate on desired outcomes and approaches.
