Update 5/23/2025: Addendum 1 has been posted below. This Addendum provides answers to the questions that we have received.

**The work to be performed under the proposed Contract is subject to the requirements of HUD Section 3 (24 CFR Part 75)**

Town of Chapel Hill is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide complete landscaping and grounds maintenance services, including labor, supplies, and equipment for twelve (12) public housing communities, the Administrative Office building at 317 Caldwell Street, and five (5) transitional housing units.

An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 317 Caldwell Street, Chapel Hill, NC. Although attendance is not mandatory, it is recommended that interested bidders attend.   

Electronic Delivery: Bid submissions must be submitted as a PDF file attached to an e-mail message and sent to the Purchasing and Contracts Manager, Zakia Alam, at zalam@townofchapelhill.org by 5:00 PM on Monday, June 2, 2025 with the following "subject" line: “RFB Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance - AHCC”.  

All questions about this bid package and its requirements must be sent in writing to Ryan Campbell, Assistant Director of Affordable Housing and Community Connections, at rcampbell@townofchapelhill.org by

Thursday, May 22, 2025.  Responses to questions received will be published as an addendum on the Town’s website at Notice to Bidders by 5:00 PM on Friday, May 23, 2025.
