Update 5/12/25: Addendum 1 has been posted below. This Addendum responds to vendor inquiries and clarifies requirements in the Request for Proposals and extends the proposal submission deadline to 5/23/25 by 12:00 Pm.
The Town of Chapel Hill is seeking proposals from qualified firms to serve as a consultant to the Town in the development of a Short Range Transit Plan Update.
Proposals are due by electronic submission to Purchasing and Contracts Manager Zakia Alam at zalam@townofchapelhill.org by Friday, May 16, 2025, by 12:00 pm ET with “RFP - Chapel Hill Transit Short Range Transit Plan Update” in the subject line.
QUESTIONS AND ADDENDUM:
All prospective proposers may submit written questions regarding this solicitation to Bobbiette Glover, Procurement Analyst & DBELO, Chapel Hill Transit, at bglover@townofchapelhill.org by Friday, May 2, 2025, by 12:00 pm ET.
The subject line in the email shall read “BID Q25-163 – Chapel Hill Transit Short Range Transit Plan Update”. Responses to all questions received will be published as an addendum on the Town’s website at www.townofchapelhill.org by Wednesday, May 7, 2025, by 5:00 ET.
