Update 4/23/25: Addendum one has been posted below. It answers the questions received by the April 22 deadline.
Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed bids for the purchase of CONSUMABLE FLUIDS to be furnished to the Town of Chapel Hill, N. C., will be received by the Purchasing & Contracts Manager at Town Hall, 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Chapel Hill, N. C. 27514 in the first-floor conference room #102, at 3:00 PM, Wednesday April 30, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
In lieu of a pre-bid conference, questions can be submitted in writing to bglover@townofchapelhill.org until Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 12:00 P.M. Responses to questions received will be published as an addendum on Wednesday, April 23, at 5:00 p.m. on the Town website at www.townofchapelhill.org.
