The Town of Chapel Hill is soliciting bids for Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Services for the Town of Chapel Hill Parks and Recreation Department. If you are interested in bidding on this Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Services contract, please submit your bid by 3:00 P.M. on January 23, 2025. Please email the bids as a pdf attached to the email to Zakia Alam, Purchasing and Contracts Manager, at zalam@townofchapelhill.org with “Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Services” in the subject line.
All questions must be received in writing by Tanner Thompson at tthompson2@townofchapelhill.org, by January 15, 2025. Responses to questions received will be posted as an addendum on the Town website on January 20, 2025.
