How to Watch 

COVID-19 Pandemic Response 
The Council will receive an update from Community Safety staff on the Town’s response to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. 

Affordable Housing Bond and Affordable Housing Development Reserve Funding Plan 
The Council will consider the Affordable Housing Bond and Affordable Housing Development Reserve Funding Plan to support $5.25 million worth of affordable housing development projects in the community. 

North-South Bus Rapid Transit Update 
The Council will consider revising the Locally Preferred Alternative (LPA) for the North-South Corridor Study and submitting it to the Durham-Chapel Hill-Carrboro Metropolitan Planning Organization. 

LUMO Update 
The Council will receive an update on the Land Use Management Ordinance (LUMO) and Town Code amendments related to North Carolina General Statutes Chapter 160D. Chapel 160D is a new section of state general statutes containing rules for local land use authority. 

Public Hearing: Conditional Zoning at 125 E. Rosemary St. Parking Garage 
The Council will hold a public hearing on the conditional zoning at 125 E. Rosemary St. Parking Garage.  The Council will consider enacting the proposed ordinance for the property at its June 24 meeting. 

Elliott Road Extension Project Next Steps 
The Council will consider authorizing the Town Manager to finalize arrangements to construction of the Elliott Road Extension Project. This project will connect Fordham Boulevard with Ephesus Church Road.
