You’re invited! Good Neighbor Initiative Community Cookout Sept. 19
The Good Neighbor Initiative (GNI) Community Cookout is an annual community event for neighbors to meet each other and socialize in an evening of friendship, good food, music, games, and more.
The event is free and open to everyone. Join us from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, at the Hargraves Community Center at 216 N. Roberson St. There will be free food, raffles, music, and games for all ages.
The Good Neighbor Initiative is year-round collaborative effort between the Town of Chapel Hill and UNC Chapel Hill that includes regular outreach to college students living off campus in the community .
