Feedback from this meeting and from other input opportunities will assist with an update to the Land Use Plan in Chapel Hill 2020, which depicts intended future uses for each piece of property in Town. This update is predominantly limited to commercial areas in town, so most land uses will not change.  The revised plan will guide revisions to the Town’s Land Use Management Ordinance (LUMO) or “rule book” for development.

If you cannot attend this meeting, you can review and comment on the draft maps and descriptions at ChartingOurFuture.info utilizing an online mapping tool. The tool will be available online through September.

Additional input sessions will be listed at ChartingOurFuture.info.
