UPDATE (4:30 p.m., 5/15/19): Jayla Ebel and Lilly Burke have been located and are safe.

Previously released: The Chapel Hill Police Department is seeking assistance in locating two missing persons that were last seen at approximately 8:30 a.m. May 15, 2019, in the area of the 500 block of Weaver Dairy Road in Chapel Hill.

Jayla Ebel is a 15-year-old Caucasian female. She is approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 100 pounds. Ebel has brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and black leggings. (Pictured on the left)

Lilly Burke is a 14 year old Asian/Caucasian female. She is approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 105 pounds. Burke has brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a t-shirt and shorts. (Pictured on the right)
