Chapel Hill Police Investigate Shooting
UPDATE (7/16/2018 3:10 PM): The Chapel Hill Police Department continues to investigate the shooting that occurred Wednesday, July 11. Zackary Richard Upton, 23, of Chapel Hill, continues to recover at UNC Hospitals and is listed in fair condition.

Calls to Crime Stoppers are confidential and anonymous, and the caller may be eligible for a cash reward up to $2,000 for information that leads to arrest.
Previously Released: The Chapel Hill Police Department is investigating a shooting at 1751 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. that occurred around 10:55 p.m. on Wednesday, July 11.
One male victim was transported to UNC Hospitals with multiple gunshot wounds.
Chapel Hill Police believe this is an isolated incident and do not believe there is an ongoing threat to the community.
