For Pyrotechnic/Firework displays complete the following:

For Fire Alarm System complete the following:
Provide 1 copy of battery calculations
Attach device cut sheets.
Attach letter of design certification indicating that the system design as submitted meets all local and state requirements and standards set forth by NFPA 72 (2013 edition as of January 1st, 2016)*
Attach completed permit application:
In accordance with Town of Chapel Hill Accidental Alarm Program requirements, all fire alarm systems shall be registered within 10 days of approved installation – registration can be completed through the below links:

For Flammable/Combustible Liquid Facilities (Tanks / Piping / Installation / Removal) complete the following:
Attach site plan showing locations of all tanks/piping/vents (all relevant details indicating full compliance with requisite code requirements such as distances to buildings, lot lines, roadways, etc...)
Provide a copy of Zoning Compliance Permit or letter from Planning Division.
Provide tank details
Provide removal plan
