Stormwater Management Utility Advisory Board (Virtual Meeting - Please Note NEW TIME)

Board Members: Chad Pickens (Vice-Chair), Mary Stowe, Pamela Schultz (Chair), Phil Post, Sally Hoyt, Shugong Wang, Stefan Klakovich, Stephan Hearn, Steve Bevington, Tai Huynh (Council Liaison) 

The Board will meet virtually at 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 23, 2020 (agenda below). Members will attend and participate in this meeting remotely, through internet access, and will not physically attend. The Town will not provide a physical location for viewing the meeting.

Verbal Comments: Members of the public may sign up to speak when they register for the meeting. Please do so at least three-hours in advance, so we can compile the information in time for the meeting. At the appropriate time, the Chair will provide attendees the option to use the raise the hand function or *9 via phone to indicate your desire to speak on the topic. Individuals who have preregistered, followed by those with a ‘raised hand’ will then be brought into the public portion of the meeting one at a time.

  3. Petitions/Concerns from residents*
  4. Approval of meeting notes

Board Business

  1. Stormwater Advisory Board review of development applications
    • Who can request review by the Board
    • At what stage in the review process should the Board provide recommendations
    • Should there be a standard format for the Board, applicant, and public to use
    • How much time should the Board spend on a review
    • After providing recommendations, is there any follow-up required by the Board
  2. Use of RCD for stormwater controls (time permitting)

Adjournment

 * A PERSON MAY SPEAK FOR THREE MINUTES. HE/SHE IS INVITED TO STAY BUT DOES NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE DISCUSSION; THE BOARD MAY DISCUSS FOR 10 MINUTES AND ASK QUESTIONS OF THE PETITIONER. THE BOARD/STAFF WILL FOLLOW UP WITH THE PETITIONER AT A FUTURE DATE.
