Charting Our Future - Sub-Committee of the Planning Commission

The Planning Commission has formed a sub-committee to review the draft Future Land Use Map and its components.  It is anticipated that this sub-committee will report back to the full Planning Commission in December.

Materials to be reviewed by the sub-committee include the Draft FLUM, a memo regarding changes to the Draft suggested by sub-committee members, and a summary of previous sub-committee discussions. 

Meeting Recap

The Future Land Use Map (FLUM) sub-committee of the Planning Commission met and discussed the 9/5/2019 draft of the Focus Area Maps and Principles  and  a memo summarizing changes to the Draft suggested by sub-committee members.    In addition, the sub-committee reviewed a memo summarizing their discussions as well as new active frontage maps.  The sub-committee discussed with the Planning Commission their recommendations and will continue these discussions at the Jan. 7, 2020 Planning Commission meeting.   Amy Ryan, John Rees, and Melissa McCullough were in attendance.  The meeting began at 5:40 PM and concluded at 7:00 PM.
