The Mayor has called a special meeting of the Chapel Hill Town Council to hold a discussion on the Greene Tract. It is anticipated that the Council will go into closed session at the conclusion of the Greene Tract item as authorized by General Statute 143-318.11(a)(4) to consider an economic development matter.
Public attendance is welcome via the entrance on the ground floor. Parking is available at Town Hall lots and the lot at Stephens Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Note: From time to time, the staff may provide an informal opportunity in the 15-30 minute time period prior to the scheduled meeting time for the Council members to ‘stop by’ prior to the meeting to view short demonstrations of current work or products.
