The OWASA Board of Directors will hold a virtual Public Hearing and Meeting on Thursday, May 28, 2020, at 7:00 p.m.; here's an attendee link to the virtual Microsoft Teams Meeting.
Members of the public are invited to speak by registering at least two days in advance by contacting the Clerk to the Board at firstname.lastname@example.org or 919-537-4217. You will need to be available to call-in during the public hearing.
Public speakers are encouraged to organize their remarks for delivery within a four-minute time frame allowed each speaker, unless otherwise determined by the Board of Directors.
The public is also invited to submit more detailed comments via written materials, ideally submitted at least two days in advance of the meeting or within 24 hours after the public hearings to the Board of Directors by sending an email to email@example.com or US Postal Service (Clerk to the Board, 400 Jones Ferry Road, Carrboro, NC 27510).
