Celebrate our community and all things spring, with flowers, gardens, butterflies, shows, arts, crafts, treats and more to delight all ages.  Experience the diversity of our town and variety of exciting activities and educational opportunities.

Sense the wonder of a 20-foot Carolina-themed floral archway built by Blawesome to celebrate social care farming. Watch the shows and the popular Paperhand Puppets up close. Feel the fluttering butterflies and marvel at their release in the monarch butterfly garden from BASF. Experience hands-on arts, science and interactive fun at various program tents with Kidzu Children's Museum, Chapel Hill Garden Club, Ackland Art Museum, RedApple Learning Campus, Triangle Orchid Society and more. Taste the flowers, honey and fresh samples from Chapel Hill Farmers' Market.  Enjoy flower teas and treats at Cha House's stand. Make & take home your own miniature garden and bloom-style crafts. Participate in the B.L.O.O.M. public art project. Discover the Wildflower Program and other scenic resources in beautiful North Carolina. Relax at the reading garden with Chapel Hill Library.

Be sure to explore the Community In Bloom creative miniature garden exhibits that showcase and celebrate the diverse strength and heritage of our community.
