2. EZRAC Initiatives
a. Certification application fill-In PDF: We will continue to make improvements to the fillable application, part B of the application will not be fillable, if a signature is needed, it's not fillable. Added different web viewers to bottom of page.
b. Renewing Certification Application: For long-term and permanent 4 years, if a date was given for temporary certification it will be the end date.
c. 10 demand response vehicles: waiting on vendor to process required paperwork.
d. 919-969-5544: We have changed the recording to give out the dispatch number 919-969-4919 after 5:00pm
e. Fixed Route Service Changes August 2019: waiting on more details
f. Calling customers before vehicle arrives: checking with Trapeze to see what is available and cost.
g. E-mail trips to Reservation: figuring out how to set it up.
h. Random Camera downloads: Transit does have someone to do random camera downloads, as well as camera downloads when a complaint comes in.
i. No Show Statistics: 212 (4.4%) no shows were recorded for the month of November.
j. Trips to Walmart: OCPT provides the Orange-Chapel Hill Connector.
