The Town of Chapel Hill’s web site received an extreme makeover from Civic Plus of Manhattan, Kan., in August 2005. The Extreme Makeover process adds many new features for citizens to interact with local government. Features include more up-to-date information, events calendars, an e-mail subscription service, a dynamic sitemap, and job announcements.
