The Chapel Hill Town Council voted unanimously tonight to allow 10 a.m. Sunday alcohol sales, allowing restaurants to begin serving mimosas and other alcoholic beverages at 10 a.m. Sundays instead of noon. A decision on whether to allow earlier alcohol sales in stores was deferred until fall.
