The Library's new Circulator will debut Saturday, July 1, at the Chapel Hill Farmers' Market.

Council heard reports on future uses of Old Town Hall, American Legion, and other Town Properties -- reflecting ideas and engagement of Chapel Hill community. Town Manager will report on possible next steps in fall 2017. Council also approved $415,000 for human service agencies, and $1.28 million for extension of Bolin Creek Trail from Umstead Park to near Northside Elementary.
