Special Use Permit and Zoning Atlas Amendment Applications

The Town has received Special Use Permit and Zoning Atlas Amendment applications from Scott Murray Land Planning to construct a two-story mixed-use development with retail and medical uses.

Property Location: 1171 Weaver Dairy Road, on the southeast corner of Weaver Dairy Road and Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
