The Town has received a Development Agreement and Zoning Atlas Amendment from East West partners for the demolition of the current fire station #2 and construction of a new fire station #2 with an additional 4-story office building. The proposed construction includes a total of 64,448 square feet of floor area and an associated parking structure with 133 parking spaces on a 1.1-acre site.
