Effect of a Decision on the Special Use Permit Application: Should the Town Council approve the new application, the net change would be to amend and supersede the existing approval. This would result in an increase in the number of allowed number of students from 80 to 100 and staff from 20 to 22, an increase of 21 parking spaces, as well as an increase in land disturbance from 40,000 to 51,000 square feet, as proposed.
