- The Chapel Hill Public Library is located at 100 Library Drive, Chapel Hill, NC 27516 and is open 9 am to 9 pm Monday - Wednesday; 10 am to 9 pm Thursday: 10 am - 6 pm Friday; 9 am to 6 pm Saturday; and 1 pm to 5 pm Sunday
