Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals for the purchase of  ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER-QUALITY NEW AND REFURBISHED PARTS FOR FLEET MAINTENANCE DURING FY 2018 to be furnished to the Town of Chapel Hill Transit, N. C., will be received by the Purchasing & Contracts Manager at Town Hall, 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Chapel Hill, N. C. 27514, on Friday, September 22, 2017, at 3:00 P.M., at which time they will be publicly opened and read.  In lieu of a pre-bid conference, questions can be submitted in writing to kmcmillan@townofchapelhill.org until September 1, 2017 at 4:00 P.M.

The Town of Chapel Hill reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid most favorable to the Town of Chapel Hill.
