The Town of Chapel Hill is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to supply Bus Fleet and Support Vehicle Miscellaneous Parts during fiscal year 2018 (FY2018) which begins on July 1, 2017 and continues through June 30, 2018. The Town of Chapel Hill intends to one or more blanket contracts for the procurement of miscellaneous bus fleet and support vehicle parts required by CHT during FY2018.
Chapel Hill Transit has contracted with SG Procurement Solutions, LLC to assist us with executing our FY2018 procurements. SG Procurement Solutions personnel supporting this effort have executed non-disclosure agreements and your proprietary or sensitive business information will be treated and handled in exactly the same way it would be if submitted directly to CHT or the Town. In this regard, you are requested to submit all questions regarding this requirement via email to our acquisition subject matter expert: Ms. Shelly Goergen at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sealed bids will be received by Zakia Alam, Purchasing and Contracts Manager, at Town Hall, 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Chapel Hill, NC 27514, until Friday, June 16, 2017 at 3:00 P.M (Eastern). Offerors shall provide three copies of their Bid, and one additional electronic copy via email to email@example.com.
Town of Chapel Hill reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, to waive technicalities, and be the sole judge of the bids most favorable to the Town of Chapel Hill.
