Update 05/16/17: Addendum 1 (3 items) is posted below. It includes a Revised Bid Proposal Form, Revised Pavement Marking Tables, and Answers to questions received by the deadline.
Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals for RESURFACING STREETS for the Town of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, will be received by Zakia Alam, Purchasing & Contracts Manager, at Town Hall in the First Floor Conference Room #102 at 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Chapel Hill, NC 27514, until 2:00 P.M., Monday, May 22, 2017, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Please allow extra time for parking, as it may be necessary to park at the Rosemary Street Parking Deck located at 150 E. Rosemary Street approximately 4 blocks from the Town Hall.
This project is contingent upon the adoption of FY-2017-2018 budget.

All questions must be submitted to Greg Ling by 12:00P.M., on May 12, 2017. All responses to submitted questions will be published in the form of an addendum on the Town’s website at www.townofchapelhill.org by 5:00pm on May 16, 2017.

The Town of Chapel Hill reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason or no reason and to accept the bid most favorable to the Town of Chapel Hill.
