The Town of Chapel Hill is soliciting bids for Janitorial Services for the Police Department. This contract will cover the police headquarters building and three (3) substations located throughout the town. If you are interested in bidding on the Janitorial Contract for fiscal year 2017-2018, for the Town of Chapel Hill Police Department, please be present at the Chapel Hill Police Department’s Conference Room-first floor, located at 828 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Chapel Hill, North Carolina 27514, on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. for a meeting to review the bid package and specifications. Attendance to this meeting is MANDATORY if you wish to bid. Included in this meeting will be a tour of the headquarters building and the three substations.

Bids are due by 3:00 P.M. on Monday, May 15, 2017 addressed to Town of Chapel Hill, Purchasing & Contracts Manager, 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard., Chapel Hill, NC 27514. This will not be a public bid opening.
