Chapel Hill Police Seek Assistance in Bank Robbery

The Chapel Hill Police Department is seeking assistance in the apprehension of a suspect involved in a robbery at the Suntrust Bank at 126 W. Franklin St. around 1:30 p.m. Monday.
The suspect communicated with the teller to hand over the money. A weapon was not displayed, however if anyone encounters this type of situation, they should use caution.
If you see someone matching the person in this photo, do not attempt to approach; please call 911 immediately.
