EZ Rider Customer Survey
The EZ Rider team and Chapel Hill Transit values and appreciates our customers. To help us continuously improve our service, EZ Rider will be conducting customer surveys at least twice per year.
The survey responses will be anonymous and the responses received will be compiled into an overall final report. The final report will be shared internally, to celebrate our success and focus on areas for continuous improvement, and also with our customers.
The survey process will begin on Dec. 4, 2017, and end on Dec. 31, 2017. All responses received during that time will be part of the final report.
We want your feedback on the service we provide to you and thank you in advance for taking time to complete it.
To provide feedback on this customer survey, interested persons may submit comments by any of the following methods:
