Residential trash will not be collected (make-up day is Wednesday, Jan. 17). Residential recycling pickup will be unaffected. Chapel Hill Public Library will be open from 1 to 5 p.m. Chapel Hill Transit will operate on a Saturday schedule (U, NU, 420 Hillsborough Express and Safe Rides will not operate).
