PEOPLE BOARDING A BUSChapel Hill Transit Needs Your Input!

The Chapel Hill Transit service area is continuing to grow and how people get around is changing. Building on past planning work, Chapel Hill Transit is conducting a Short-Range Transit Plan (SRTP) that will service as a roadmap for the next 10 years and position the system for continued future success. This plan is being developed in coordination with similar short range transit planning efforts being undertaken by Orange Public Transportation and GoTriangle.

Eastwood Lake Subwatershed Residents: Take This Survey!

Post Date:09/06/2017 1:43 PM

Do you live, visit or work in the pink areas of this Chapel Hill map?  If so, your valuable input on water quality, drainage or flooding issues in your neighborhoods is requested by Sept. 20.

As part of the Stormwater Management Master Plan, the Town of Chapel Hill Stormwater Management Division and project consultants W.K. Dickson request those who live, visit or work in the Eastwood Lake Subwatershed - including Shadowood Apartments, Timber Hollow Apartments; and Forest Creek, Coker Woods, Coker Woods West, Coker Hills and Eastwood Road subdivisions - to take a survey about flooding or drainage problems that may exist in their neighborhoods.  This input will be used in the final report and recommendations for watershed improvements in the Booker Creek Watershed.  For more information on the subwatershed studies within the Booker Creek watershed, visit www.bookercreekplan.org

Take the survey at http://bit.ly/2wIwUeo.
