(Timeline Update) Lane Closure: Franklin Street at Carolina Square

Timeline Update: Milling will take place Friday, Aug. 4. Paving and striping will take place Monday and Tuesday, Aug. 7 and 8.

Previously released: West Franklin Street, in front of the Carolina Square project site, will be reduced to one travel lane in either direction for resurfacing Wednesday and Thursday, Aug. 2 and 3, and again Monday, Aug. 7, through Wednesday, Aug. 9, weather permitting. Work will take place between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Work on Aug. 2 and 3 will including milling the current road surface. Work on Aug. 7-9 will include the installation of signal loops, the final travel surface and striping.
