Town Council to Consider Adoption of West Rosemary Street Development Guide
The Chapel Hill Town Council on May 22 will consider the adoption of the West Rosemary Street Development Guide that includes an Implementation Plan (townofchapelhill.org/home/showdocument?id=35265) for next steps.
Vision and Dos and Don’ts
Northside neighborhood residents are working on a response to the Planning Commission’s request to create a strong value statement at the beginning of the Guide that states the community’s priorities for the corridor and the desire for innovative development as well as a list of specific “dos” and “don’ts” that summarize some of the strongest community priorities for the guide. The Planning Commission will receive this response at its May 16 meeting.
Attend a meeting or email the Town Council at email@example.com.
